Other Terms and Conditions
Thanks for being here! We do our best to ensure that only the highest quality tubers and cuttings leave our farm. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if you fail to contact us within the required timeframe.
Regarding shipping issues, all packages are insured through USPS. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed you will need to file a claim directly with USPS. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are related to shipping issues, so we do recommend that you contact them immediately to file a claim.
We do have limits on some of the highly sought after varieties. This gives all growers an opportunity to obtain these special varieties. Orders that exceed the stated limit will be fully cancelled.
Box Canyon Farms is an authorized seller of KA® dahlia varieties. As a licensed seller, we send a percentage of each tuber/cutting sold to Santa Cruz Dahlias. If you have any questions about their trademark or selling these varieties, please contact Santa Cruz Dahlias for more information.
According to the American Dahlia Society, approximately 87% of dahlias carry at least one dormant virus. We do our very best to remove any plants that look diseased, and we sanitize all tools between cuts and when dividing stock. We do not test every plant for viruses, and therefore we cannot guarantee that there is no virus in the tubers/cuttings that we ship. Many other factors cause plants to exhibit virus-like symptoms (curled/discolored leaves, stunted growth, etc.). We do not refund for plants displaying viruses.
